Abu Malik al-Ash'ari Radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki meri ummat mein jahiliyat ki ( yani kufr ke zamane ki) 4 cheezin hain jisko ye log chorhte nahi hain 1. Apne hasab (ohde) par fakhr karna ,dusro ke nasab (khandan) par taane karna , sitaron se pani ki ummed rakhna , aur chotha noha (matam) karna ,agar noha (matam) karne wali bina tauba ke mar jaye to Allah subhanhu usko tarkol ka libas aur Dozakh ke sholo ka kurta pahnayega

Hazrat Abu Malik Ashari Radi-Allahu-Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sallallhu-Alaihi-Wasallam ne farmaya noha (Matam) karna jahiliyat ka kaam hai , aur noha karney wali agar bina tauba ke mar jaye to Allah subhanhu usko tarkol ka libas aur Dozakh ke sholo ka kurta pahnayega

अबू मलिक अल-अश्अरी रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है की मेरी उम्मत में जाहिलियत की ( यानी कुफ्र के ज़माने की) 4 चीज़ें हैं जिसको ये लोग छोड़ते नही हैं अपने हसब (ओहदे) पर फख्र करना, दूसरो के नसब (खानदान) पर ताने करना, सितारों से पानी की उम्मीद रखना , और चौथा नोहा (मातम) करना ,अगर नोहा (मातम) करने वाली बिना तौबा के मार जाए तो अल्लाह सुबहानहु उसको तारकोल का लिबास और दोज़ख के शोलों का कुर्ता पहनाएगा

हज़रत अबू मलिक अशअरी रदी-अल्लाहू-अन्हु से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु-अलैही-वसल्लम ने फरमाया नोहा (मातम) करना जाहिलियत का काम है , और नोहा करने वाली अगर बिना तौबा के मर जाए तो अल्लाह सुबहानहु उसको तारकोल का लिबास और दोज़ख़् के शोलो का कुर्ता पहनाएगा

Abu Malik al-Ashari reported Allah's Messenger sallallahu alaihi wasallam as saying:

Among my people there are four characteristics belonging to pre-Islamic period which they do not abandon: boasting of high rank, reviling (absuing) other peoples' genealogies (ancestors) , seeking rain by stars, and walling. And he (further) said: If the wailing woman does not repent before she dies, she will be made to stand on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment of pitch and shirt of flaming fire.

Sahih Muslim, Book 4, Hadith 2033

It was narrated from Abu Malik Ashari that the Messenger of Allah said: Wailing is one of the affairs of the Days of Ignorance, and if the woman who wails dies without having repented, Allah will cut a garment of pitch (tar) for her and a shirt of flaming fire.
