✦ Al Quran : Al Quran : Allah subhanahu sood (ki kamayee) ko mita deta hai aur sadqaat ko bada deta hai aur Allah subhanahu kisi bhi nashukri karne wale gunahgar ko pasand nahi karta, jo log imaan laye aur neik kaam larte rahe aur namaz ko qayam rakha aur zakat dete rahe to unke RAB ke yahan unka ajar hai aur un par na koi khauff hoga aur na wo gamgeen honge.

Eh Momeeno Allah se daro aur agar tum imaan wale ho to jo kuch sood baqi rah gaya hai usko chodh do, Agar tumne na chodha to Allah subhanahu aur uske Rasool ( Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki taraf se tumhare khilaf elan e jung hai aur agar tauba kar lo to asal maal tumhara tumhare liye hai, na tum kisi par zulm karo aur na tum par zulm kiya jayega

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 276-279

✦ Hadith: Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Laanat ki hai Sood (byaj) lene wale par aur Sood dene wale par , aur Sood likhne wale par aur Sood ke gawahon par aur farmaya wo sab barabar hain

Sahih Muslim, Vol4, 4093

✦ अल क़ुरान : अल्लाह सुबहानहु सूद (की कमाई) को मिटा देता है और सदक़ात को बड़ा देता है और अल्लाह सुबहानहु किसी भी नाशुक्री करने वेल गुनहगार को पसंद नही करता,

जो लोग ईमान लाए और नेयक काम करते रहे और नमाज़ को क़ायम रखा और ज़कात देते रहे तो उनके रब के यहाँ उनका अजर है और उन पर ना कोई ख़ौफ़ होगा और ना वो गमगीन होंगे.

एह मोमीनो अल्लाह से डरो और अगर तुम ईमान वाले हो तो जो कुछ सूद बाक़ी रह गया है उसको छोड़ दो, अगर तुमने ना छोड़ा तो अल्लाह सुबहानहु और उसके रसूल ( सलअल्लाहू अलैही वासल्लम) की तरफ से तुम्हारे खिलाफ एलान ए जुंग है और अगर तौबा कर लो तो असल माल तुम्हारा तुम्हारे लिए है, ना तुम किसी पर ज़ुल्म करो और ना तुम पर ज़ुल्म किया जाएगा

सुरह अल-बक़रा, आयत 276-279

✦ हदीस : जाबिर रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने लानत की है सूद (ब्याज) लेने वाले पर और सूद देने वाले पर , और सूद लिखने वाले पर और सूद के गवाहों पर और फरमाया वो सब बराबर हैं

सही मुस्लिम, जिल्द 4, 4093

Al Quran : Allah will destroy Riba (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqat (deeds of charity, alms, etc.) And Allah likes not the disbelievers, sinners.

Truly those who believe, and do deeds of righteousness, and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat they will have their reward with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah and give up what remains (due to you) from Riba (usury) (from now onward), if you are (really) believers. 

And if you do not do it, then take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger but if you repent, you shall have your capital sums. Deal not unjustly (by asking more than your capital sums), and you shall not be dealt with unjustly (by receiving less than your capital sums).

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 276-279

Hadith: Jabir Radi AllahuAnhu said that the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam cursed the accepter of interest and its payer, and one who records it, and the witnesses, and he said: They are all equal.

Sahih Muslim, Book 10, # 3881

Jo asbiyat (qabeele ya nasab ya tribe) ke liye jung kare aur mara jaye to wo jahiliyat ki maut mar gaya

Mafhum-e-Hadith: Jo asbiyat (qabeele ya nasab ya tribe) ke liye jung kare aur mara jaye to wo jahiliyat ki maut mar gaya

✦ Abu hurairah radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Jo shaksh (Ameer ki) itaa'at se bahar ho jaye aur jamaat ka saath chorh de aur phir wo mar jaye to uski maut jahiliyat ki maut hogi.

✦ Aur jo shaksh andhe jhande ke neeche ladee ( yani jis ladayee ka maqsad shariyat se abit na ho) aur jo asbiyat (qabeele ya nasab ya tribe) ke liye gussa ho aur asbiyat ki taraf bulata ho aur (musalmano ke muqable mein) Asbiyat ki madad karta ho (yani ALLAH ki raza maqsood na ho) phir agar wo isee haal mein maara jaye to wo jahiliyat ki maut mar gaya. 

✦ Aur jo shaksh (meri ummat par) dast-darazi kare aur achche aur bure sabko Qatl karne lage aur momeen ko bhi na chorhe aur jis se ahad kiya ho uska ahad bhi pura na kare to uska mujhse koi talluq nahi

Sahih Muslim, Vol5, 4786

✦ Comments : Apne qabeele ya mulk ki bulandi ke liye jung karna asbiyat kahlata hai aur aisee jung mein marne wala jahiliyat ki maut marta hai. Ulmao ka kahna hai ki ek musalman ko qabeele ya mulk ki buniyad par dusre musalman se nafrat karna aur ladna jayaz nahi hai bulki musalman ko hamesha Allah ki raza aur uske deen ki bulandi ke liye hi ladna chahiye

✦ अबू हुरैरा रदी अल्लाहु अन्हु से रिवायत है की रसूल अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम ने फ़रमाया जो शख्स (अमीर की) इताअत से बहार हो जाए और जमात का साथ छोड़ दे और फिर वो मर जाए तो उसकी जाहिलियत की मौत होगी !

✦ और जो शख्स अंधे झंडे के नीचे लड़े (यानि जिस लडाई का मकसद शरियत से साबित ना हो) और जो अस्बियत (कबीले या मुल्क) के लिए गुस्सा हो और अस्बियत की तरफ बुलाता हो और (मुसलमानों के मुकाबले में) अस्बियत की मदद करता हो (यानि अल्लाह की रज़ा मक़सूद न हो) और फिर अगर वो इसी हाल में मारा जाए तो वो जाहिलियत की मौत मर गया !

✦ और जो शख्स (मेरी उम्मत पर ) दस्त दराज़ी करे और अच्छे और बुरे सबको क़त्ल करने लगे और मोमीन को भी न छोड़े और जिस से अहद किया हो उसका अहद भी पूरा न करे तो उसका मुझसे कोई ताल्लुक नहीं !

✦ नोट: अपने कबीले या मुल्क के लिए जंग करना या उसकी तरफ बुलाना अस्बियत कहलाता है और ऐसी जंग में मर जाने वाला जाहिलियत की मौत मरता है, उल्माओं का कहना है की एक मुस्लमान को अपने कबीले या मुल्क की बुनियाद पर दुसरे मुस्लमान से लड़ना जायज़ नहीं है बल्कि मुस्लमान को हमेशा अल्लाह की रज़ा और उसके दीन की बुलंदी के लिए ही लड़ना चाहिए

✦ It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said:

One who defected from obedience (to the Amir) and separated from the main body of the Muslims - if he died in that state-would die thedeath of one belonging to the days of Jahiliyya (i.e. would not die as a Muslim). 

✦ One who fights under the banner of a people who are blind (to the cause for which they are fighting, i.e. do not know whether their cause is just or otherwise), who gets flared up with family pride, calls (people) to fight for their family honour, and supports his kith and kin (i.e. fights not for the cause of Allah but for the sake of this family or tribe) - if he is killed (in this fight), he dies as one belonging to the days of Jahiliyya. 

✦ Whoso attacks my Ummah (indiscriminately) killing the righteous and the wicked of them, sparing not (even) those staunch in faith and fulfilling not his promise made with those who have been given a pledge of security - he has nothing to do with me and I have nothing to do with him.

Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith 4557

✦ Aisha Radhi allahu anha se rivayat hai ki jab hum mein se koi beemar hota ya usko koi zakhm lagta to Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam apne kalme ki ungli ko zameen par rakhte aur ye farmate huye us (ungli) ko uthate

Bismillahi biturbatu ardina, biriqati ba’dina, liyushfa saqimuna. Be'izni Rabbina

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ بِتُرْبَةِ أَرْضِنَا بِرِيقَةِ بَعْضِنَا لِيُشْفَى سَقِيمُنَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّنَا
Allah ke naam se, hamare zameen ki mitti , hum mein se kisi ke luaab ( saliva) ke saath , is se shifa payega hamara beemar, Allah ke hukm se.
Sahih Muslim, Vol 5, 5719

عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کی جب ہم میں سے کوئی بیمار ہوتا یا اس کو کوئی زخم لگتا تو رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اپنے کلمے کی انگلی کو زمین پر رکھتے اور فرماتے
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ بِتُرْبَةِ أَرْضِنَا بِرِيقَةِ بَعْضِنَا لِيُشْفَى سَقِيمُنَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّنَا
اللہ كے نام سے ، ہمارے زمین کی مٹی ، ہم میں سے کسی لعاب (تھوک) كے ساتھ ،
اِس سے شفاء پائیگا ہمارا بیمار ، اللہ كے حکم سے
صحیح مسلم ، 5 ، 5719

✦ Aisha Radhi allahu anha reported that when any person fell ill with a disease or he had any ailment or he had any injury, the Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam placed his forefinger upon the ground and then lifted it by reciting the name of Allah. (and said):

Bismillahi biturbatu ardina, biriqati ba’dina, liyushfa saqimuna. Be'izni Rabbina

(In the Name of Allah, the dust of our land mixed with the saliva of one of us, to cure our sick one, by the permission of Allah).
The dust of our ground with the saliva of any one of us would serve as a means whereby our illness would be cured with the sanction of Allah.
Sahih Muslim, Book 26, Hadith 5444

✦ आयशा रदी अल्लाहू अन्हा से रिवायत है की जब हम में से कोई बीमार होता या उसको कोई ज़ख़्म लगता तो रसूल-अल्लाह सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम अपने कलमे की उंगली को ज़मीन पर रखते और ये फरमाते हुए उस (ऊँगली) को उठाते 
बिस्मिल्लही बितुर्बतु अर्दिना, बिरिक़ाती बादीना, लीयुशफा साक़िमुना, बिेइज़नी रब्बीना ( अल्लाह के नाम से, हमारे ज़मीन की मिट्टी , हम में से किसी के लुआब (सलाइवा) के साथ , इस से शिफा पाएगा हमारा बीमार, अल्लाह के हुक्म से.)

Surah Baqara (2) , Verse 271

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

Al Quran : Agar tum sadqa (khairaat) zahir kar ke do to bhi achchi baat hai aur agar usko chupa kar do aur faqeeroon ko pahucha do to tumahre haq mein wo behtar hai aur ALLAH tumahre kuch gunah dur kar dega aur ALLAH tumahre kamon ko khoob khabar rakhne wala hai

Al Quran , Surah Baqara (2) , Verse 271

अल क़ुरान : अगर तुम सदक़ा (खैरात) ज़ाहिर करके दो तो भी अच्छी बात है और अगर उसको छुपा कर दो और फ़क़ीरों को पहुंचा दो तो तुम्हारे हक़ में वो बेहतर है और अल्लाह तुमहरे कुछ गुनाह दूर कर देगा और अल्लाह तुम्हारे कामों की अच्छी खबर रखने वाला है

अल क़ुरान , सुराह बक़रा (2) , आयत 271

If you disclose your Sadaqat (alms-giving), it is well; but if you conceal them and give them to the poor, that is better for you. (Allah) will expiate you some of your sins. And Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

Al Quran , Surah Baqara (2) , Verse 271

Haa jo mard aur auratein aur bachche kafi kamzor hain aur nikalne ka raasta nahi pate , aiso ke liye ummed hai ki Allah unhe maaf kar de, beshak ALLAH maaf karne wala aur bakhshne wala hai

✦ AL Quran : Beshak jo log apne nafso par ( yani apne aap par) zulm kar rahe they jab unki roohein farishto ne qabz kar li to unse pucha ki tum kis haal mein they unhone jawab diya ki hum mulk mein bebas they, farishto ne kaha ki kya ALLAH ki zameen wasee ( yani itni badi) nahi thi ki tum usmein hijrat kar jate , ab aiso ka thikana dozakh hai aur bahut hi bura thikana hai.

Al Quran, Surah An Nisa (4) , 97-99

✦ Tafseer ibn kaseer : is aayat ke baad ye hukm aam hai ki har wo shakhs jo hijrat karne par qadir ho phir bhi kafiron aur mushriko mein rahe jaha us par deen ke muaamle mein sakhti ki jati ho to wo zalim hai aur uska bura thikana hai.

✦ अल क़ुरान : बेशक जो लोग अपने नफ्सों पर ज़ुल्म कर रहे थे जब उनकी रूहें फरिश्तो ने क़ब्ज़ कर ली तो उनसे पूछा की तुम किस हाल में थे उन्होने जवाब दिया की हम मुल्क में बेबस थे फरिश्तो ने कहा की क्या अल्लाह की ज़मीन इतनी बड़ी नही थी की तुम उसमें हिजरत कर जाते , अब ऐसों का ठिकाना दोज़ख है और बहुत ही बुरा ठिकाना है.

✦ हाँ जो मर्द और औरतें और बच्चे काफ़ी कमज़ोर हैं और निकालने का रास्ता नही पाते , ऐसों के लिए उम्मीद है की अल्लाह उन्हे माफ़ कर दे, बेशक अल्लाह माफ़ करने वाला और बख्शने वाला है

अल कुरान , सुरह अन-निसा (4), आयत 97-99

✦ तफ़सीर ईब्न कसीर : इस आयात के बाद ये हुक्म आम है की हर वो शख्स जो हिजरत करने पर क़ादिर हो फिर भी काफिरों और मुशरिकों में रहे जहा उस पर दीन के मुआमले में सख्ती की जाती हो तो वो ज़ालिम है और उसका बुरा ठिकाना है

✦ Al Quran : Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on the earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination!

✦ Except the weak ones among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way. These are they whom Allah is likely to forgive them, and Allah is Ever Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving.
