Al-Bara ibn Azib Radhi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ki jab do musalman milte hain aur musafa karte hain to unke juda hone se pahle hi unki maghfirat kar di jati hai

Abu Qatada Radhi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki maine Hazrat Anas Radhi allahu anhu se pucha ki Kya Musafa karne ka dastur Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ke Sahaba mein tha unhone kaha Haan

Umaimah bint Ruqaiqah Radhi allahu anha farmati hai ki main Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ki khidmat mein kuch aurton ke sath ( unke haath par) bait karne ke liye hazir huyee to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya Apni taqat ke mutabiq istataat ( pairwi) karte rahna magar main aurto se musafa nahi karta

Abu hurairah radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Jab tum mein se koi shaksh majlis mein aaye to salam kahe aur tum mein se jab koi majlis khatam karke uthey tab bhi salam kahe 
Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol 3,1765-Sahih

Abu hurairah radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi majlis mein pauche to unhe salam kare aur phir agar waha baithna ho to baith jaye aur jab (jane ke liye) khada ho to phir salam kare

Comments: Hamare bahut se musalman bhai bahan jaate waqt ALLAH hafiz ya fi amanilah kahte hain, jabki sunnat aur behtar tareeqa ye hai ki juda hote waqt bhi Salam kaha jaye

Comments: Whicle leaving most of our muslims brothers and sisters say fi amanillah or Allah hafiz but saying Salam is better than that and its sunnah too.

Anas bin Malik Radhi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam 
(beemariyon se bachne ke liye) is tarah dua farmaya karte they 

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الأَسْقَامِ

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-barasi, wal- jununi, wal-judhami, wa sayyi'il-asqami'
Eh ALLAH main tujhse panah chahta hu kodh ki beemari se, pagalpan se, Juzam se ( infection se) aur tamam buri beemariyo se
Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol 1, 1541 -Sahih

Aisha Radhi allahu anha ss rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam apne ghar ke kuch (beemar) logo par apna dahina haath pherte aur ye farmate
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ، اشْفِهِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
(Allahumma Rabbin nas Mudhabal ba'sa, ashfi , anta shafee, la Shaafi illa Anta, shifa'a la yughadiru saqma)
Eh ALLAH logon ke Rab , Takleef ko dur karney waley,Shifa ata farma, tu hi shifa dene wala hai , tere siwa koi shifa dene wala nahi hai,aisee shifa ata farma ki beemari bilkul baqi na rahey.

Narrated Anas ibn Malik Radhi allahu anhu

( To get the protection from the diseases) The Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam used to say:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الأَسْقَامِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-barasi, wal- jununi, wal-judhami, wa sayyi'il-asqami'
(O Allah! I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis ( parasite infection) , and evil diseases).

Narrated `Aisha Radhi allahu anha
The Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam used to treat some of his family members by passing his right hand over the place of ailment and used to say,
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ، اشْفِهِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
(Allahumma Rabbin nas Mudhabal ba'sa, ashfi , anta shafee, la Shaafi illa Anta, shifa'a la yughadiru saqma)

"O Allah, the Lord of the people! Remove the trouble and heal the patient, for You are the Healer. No healing is of any avail but Yours; healing that will leave behind no ailment."

*Aayat- Al-Kursi*

اللَّهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ
لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ 
يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلَّا بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ 
وَلَا يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ

Allahu La ilaha illa huwa , Alhayyul Qayyum
La ta khudhuhu (Kuzuhu) sinatuw wa la naum,
Lahu ma fissamawati wa ma fil ardh (Ard)
man dhalladhi ( zallazi) yashfaoo, Eendahu, illa be-eznih, ya'alamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum, wa la yuhituna beshayeem-min eelmih, illa bima shaaa,
wasiya kursiyyuhus samawati wal ardh (ard)
wala yaooduhu hifdhuhuma (Hizuhuma) wahuwal Aleeyul adheem (azeem).

Tarjuma: ALLAH ke siwa koi ibadat ke layaq nahi, Zinda hamesha rahne wala,
use na ungh aati hai na neend, jo kuch Aasmano aur jo kuch zameen mein hai sab usi ka hai, kaun hai jo uski ejazat ke bagair us sey sifarish kar sake,
jo kuch logo ke ru baru (samne) ho raha hai aur jo kuch unke peeche ho chuka hai usey sab malum hai aur wo uske malumat mein se kisi cheez par dastaras hasil nahi kar sakte magar jitna ke wo chahe, uski baadshahi Aasman aur zameen sab par hawi hai aur use unki hifazat kuch bhi dushwar nahi wo bada Aali rutba aur Jaleel ul Qadr hai
Al Quran Surah Al Baqara(2), Verse 255

English Translation:
ALLAH! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), Al-Hayyul-Qayyum (the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists). Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

Surah Aal-e-Imran (3) Verse 19

Al Quran : Aur Ibrahim (alaihi Salam) ne apney beto ko isi baat ki waseeyat ki aur Yaqub (alaihi Salam) ne bhi ( yahi kaha) ki beta ALLAH ne tumhare liye yahi deen pasand farmaya hai , isliye mrna hai to Musalman hi mrna.
Al Quran , Surah Al-Baqara (2), Verse 132

Al Quran : Eh imaan walo ALLAH se darte raho jaisa us se darne ka haq hai aur mrna to Musalman hi mrna.
Surah Aal-e-imran (3) , 102

Al Quran : Jo koi islam ke siwa koi aur deen chahe to wo us se hargiz Qubul nahi kiya jayega aur wo aakhirat mein nuqsan uthane walo mein se hoga
Surah Aal-e-imran (3) , 85

فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنتَ وَلِيِّي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
Al Quran : Eh Aasmano aur Zameen ke banane wale Duniya aur Aakhirat mein tu hi mera Kaarsaaz hai tu mujhe Islam par Maut de aur mujhe Neik logon mein shamil kar.
Surah Yusuf (12), verse 101

Surah Aal-e-Imran (3) Verse 19

AL Quran : And this (submission to ALLAH, Islam) was enjoined by Ibrahim (Abraham alihi salam) upon his sons and by Ya'qub (Jacob Alaihi salam) (saying), "O my sons! ALLAH has chosen for you the (true) religion, so do not die except while you are Muslims.
Surah Al-baqara (2), Verse 132

Al Quran : O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
Surah Aal-e-imran (3) , 102

Al Quran : And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers 
Surah Aal-e-imran (3) , 85

Al Quran : O Creator of the heavens and the earth! You are my Protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim , and join me with the righteous.
Surah Yusuf (12), verse 101
