Hadith: Jo koi Shab e Qadr mein Imaan ke saath aur sawab ki niyat se ibaadat ke liye khada ho to uske tamam pichle gunaah baksh diye jayenge

Abu Hurairah Radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Jo koi Shab e Qadr mein Imaan ke saath aur sawab ki niyat se Ibadat ke liye khada ho to uskey tamam pichle gunaah baksh diye jayenge aur jisne Ramadan mein Imaan aur sawab ki niyat ke saath roze rakhe uske pichle tamam gunaah maaf ho jayenge

अबू हुरैरा रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सललल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया जो कोई शब ए क़द्र में ईमान के साथ और सवाब की नियत से इबादत के लिए खड़ा हो तो उसके तमाम पिछले गुनाह बख्श दिए जाएँगे और जिसने रमजान में ईमान और सवाब की नियत के साथ रोज़ रखे उसके पिछले तमाम गुनाह माफ़ हो जाएँगे

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، جو شخص شب قدر ایمان کے ساتھ محض ثواب آخرت کے لیے ذکر و عبادت میں گزارے ، اس کے گزشتہ گناہ بخش دئیے جاتے ہیں

Narrated Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu : The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, Whoever established prayers on the night of Qadr out of sincere faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven

and whoever fasts in the month of Ramadan out of sincere faith, and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven.

Mafhum-e-Hadith: Shab-e-Qadr ki dua

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي

✦ Aisha Radi Allahu Anha ne farmaya Ya Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam agar 

Mujhe shab-e-Qadr mil jaye to kya dua karu to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya kaho

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي

Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul-afwa, fafu anni

Tarjumah: Ya Allah tu maaf karne wala hai aur maaf karne ko pasand karta hai isliye mujhe maaf farma

✦ आईशा रदी अल्लाहू अन्हा ने फरमाया या रसूल-अल्लाह सललल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम अगर मुझे शब-ए-क़द्र मिल जाए तो क्या दुआ करू तो आप सललल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया कहो

अल्लहुम्मा इन्नका अफुव्वुन तुहिब्बुल आफ़वा फाअफू अन्नी 

या अल्लाह तू माफ़ करने वाला है और माफ़ करने को पसंद करता है इसलिए मुझे माफ़ फरमा

عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا یا رسول الله صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اگر مجھے شب قدر مل جائے تو کیا دعا کروں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہو

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي

یا اللہ تو معاف کرنے والا ہے اور معاف کرنے کو پسند کرتا ہے اس لئے مجھے معاف فرما

✦ It was narrated from 'Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that she said O Messenger of Allah, what do you think I should say in my supplication, if I come upon Laylatul-Qadr?" He Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: "Say: 

Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul-afwa, fafu anni

(O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me).

Al Quran : Beshak humne is (Quran) ko Shab--e-Qadr mein nazil kiya hai, Aur Aapko kya Malum ki Shab-e-Qadr Kya hai, Shab-e-Qadr Hazar mahino se behtar hai ismein farishte aur rooh nazeel hote hain, Apne Rab ke hukm se har kaam par,  wo subah Roshan hone tak salamati ki raat hai

 اور آپ کو کیا معلوم کہ شب قدر کیا ہے         شب قدر ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر ہے  

 اس میں فرشتے اور روح نازل ہوتے ہیں اپنے رب کے حکم سے ہر کام پر  

 وہ صبح روشن ہونے تک سلامتی کی رات ہے

अल क़ुरान : बेशक़ हमने इस (क़ुरान) को शब-ए-क़द्र में नज़िल किया है, और आपको क्या मालूम की शब-ए-क़द्र क्या है, शब-ए-क़द्र हज़ार महीनो से बेहतर है इसमें फरिश्ते और रूह नाज़िल होते हैं अपने रब के हुक्म से हर काम पर,  वो सुबह रोशन होने तक सलामती की रात है

✦ Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Qari Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki main Hazrat Umar bin Khattab Radi Allahu Anhu ke saath Ramadan ki ek raat masjid ko gaya sab log mutfarriq aur muntashir they , koi akela namaz pad raha tha aur kuch kisi ke peechey khadey huye they is par umar Radi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya ki mera khayal hai agar mein tamam logo ko ek Qari ke peechey jama kar du to zyada achcha hoga , aapney ye soch kar Abi bin kaab Radi Allahu Anhu ko unka imam bana diya phir mein ek raat jab main inke saath phir se nikla to dekha ki log apney imam ke peechey namaz ( taraweeh) pad rahey they , hazrat Umar Radi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya ye naya tareeqa behatr aur munasib hai jismein ye log so jate hain us se behtar aur afzal hai jsimein ye namaz padte hain

✦ Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tum par mera tareeqa aur mere hidayat yafta khulfa ka tareeqa lazim hai isko daanton se mazbut pakad lena

✦ अब्दुल रहमान बिन अब्दुल क़ारी रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है की मैं उमर बिन ख़त्ताब रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु के साथ रमजान की एक रात मस्जिद को गया सब लोग मुतफर्रिक़ और मुन्ताशिर थे , कोई अकेला नमाज़ पढ़ रहा था और कुछ किसी के पीछे खड़े हुए थे इस पर उमर रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु ने फरमाया की मेरा ख़याल है अगर में तमाम लोगो को एक क़ारी के पीछे जमा कर दू तो ज़्यादा अच्छा होगा , आपने ये सोच कर अबी बिन काब रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु को उनका इमाम बना दिया फिर में एक रात जब मैं इनके साथ फिर से निकला तो देखा की लोग अपने इमाम के पीछे नमाज़ ( तरवीह) पढ़ रहे थे , हज़रत उमर रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु ने फरमाया ये नया तरीका बेहतर और मुनासिब है और वो हिस्सा जिसमें ये लोग सो जाते हैं वो उस से बेहतर और अफ़ज़ल है जिसमे ये नमाज़ पढ़ते हैं

✦ रसूल-अल्लाह सल-अल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फ़रमाया तुम पर मेरा तरीक़ा और मेरे हिदायत याफ़्ता खुलफा का तरीक़ा लाज़िम है इसको दाँतों से मज़बूत पकड़ लेना

Abdur Rahman bin 'Abdul Qari Radi Allahu Anhu said I went out in the company of 'Umar bin Al-Khattab one night in Ramadan to the mosque and found the people praying in different groups. A man praying alone or a man praying with a little group behind him. So, 'Umar said, 'In my opinion I would better collect these (people) under the leadership of one Qari (Reciter) (i.e. let them pray in congregation!)'. So, he made up his mind to congregate them behind Ubai bin Ka'b. Then on another night I went again in his company and the people were praying behind their reciter. On that, 'Umar remarked, 'What an excellent Bid'a this is; but the prayer which they do not perform, but sleep at its time is better than the one they are offering.

Taraweeh ki namaz ki shuruaat

✦ Urwa bin Zubair Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Ayesha radi allahu Anha ne farmaya ek baar (Ramadan ki ) aadhi raat mein Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam masjid mein tashreef le gaye aur wahan (taraweeh ki) namaz padi, sahaba Radi Allahu Anhuma bhi aapkey saath namaz mein shamil ho gaye, subah huyee to unhoney uska charcha kiya.

✦ Phir dusri raat mein log pahle se bhi zyada shamil ho gaye, aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath namaz padhi. Dusri subah ko aur zyada charcha hua to

✦ teesri raat us sey bhi zyada log jama ho gaye , Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne (us raat bhi) namaz padi aur logo ne aapki pairwi ki,

✦ Chothi raat ko ye aalam tha ki masjid mein namaz padney aaney walo ke liye jagah bhi baqi nahi rahi ( magar us raat Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Namaz ke liye bahar hi nahi aaye) bulki subah namaz ke liye tashreef laye aur jab namz pad li to logo ki taraf mutwajja hojar shahadat ke baad farmaya Amma baad tumharey yahan jama honey ka mujhe ilm tha lekin mujhe iska khauff hua ki ye namaz tum par farz na ho jaye aur phir tum usey ada na kar sako Aur jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam is duniya se rukhsat ho gaye to uskey baad bhi yahi kaifiyat rahi ( log alag alag taraweeh padte rahe )

✦ उरवा बिन ज़ुबैर रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है की आईशा रदी अल्लाहू अन्हा ने फरमाया एक बार (रमजान की ) आधी रात में रसूल-अल्लाह सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम मस्जिद में तशरीफ़ ले गये और वहाँ ( तरावीह की ) नमाज़ पड़ी, सहाबा रदी अल्लाहू अन्हुमा भी आपके साथ नमाज़ में शामिल हो गये,

✦ सुबह हुई तो उन्होने उसका चर्चा किया फिर दूसरी रात में लोग पहले से भी ज़्यादा शामिल हो गये, और आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम के साथ नमाज़ पढ़ी.

✦ दूसरी सुबह को और ज़्यादा चर्चा हुआ तो तीसरी रात उस से भी ज़्यादा लोग जमा हो गये , आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने (उस रात भी) नमाज़ पड़ी और लोगो ने आपकी पैरवी की,

✦ चोथी रात को ये आलम था की मस्जिद में नमाज़ पड़ने आने वालो के लिए जगह भी बाक़ी नही रही ( मगर उस रात आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम नमाज़ के लिए बाहर ही नही आए) बल्की सुबह नमाज़ के लिए तशरीफ़ लाए और जब नमाज़ पढ़ ली तो लोगो की तरफ मुतवज्जा होजर शहादत के बाद फरमाया अम्मा बाद तुम्हारे यहाँ जमा होना का मुझे इल्म था लेकिन मुझे इसका ख़ौफ्फ हुआ की ये नमाज़ तुम पर फ़र्ज़ ना हो जाए और फिर तुम उसे अदा ना कर सको और जब आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम इस दुनिया से रुखसत हो गये तो उसके बाद भी यही कैफियत रही ( लोग अलग अलग तरावीह पढ़ते रहे )

Narrated Urwa Radi Allahu Anhu That he was informed by Aisha Radi Allahu Anha, Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam went out in the middle of the night and prayed in the mosque and some men prayed behind him.

✦ In the morning, the people spoke about it and then a large number of them gathered and prayed behind him (on the second night). In the next morning the people again talked about it and 

✦ on the third night the mosque was full with a large number of people. Allah's Messenger Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam came out and the people prayed behind him. 

✦ On the fourth night the Mosque was overwhelmed with people and could not accommodate them, but the Prophet Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam came out (only) for the morning prayer. When the morning prayer was finished he recited Tashah-hud and (addressing the people) said, "Amma ba'du, your presence was not hidden from me but I was afraid lest the night prayer (Qiyam) should be enjoined on you and you might not be able to carry it on." So, Allah's Apostle passed away and the situation remained like that (i.e. people prayed individually). "
