: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏   أَلَا أُعَلِّمُكِ كَلِمَاتٍ تَقُولِينَهُنَّ عِنْدَ الْكَرْبِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوْ فِي الْكَرْبِ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏اللَّهُ رَبِّي لَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا  .

✦ Narrated Asma bint Umays Radi Allahu Anhu The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said to me: May I not teach you phrases which you say in distress? (These are:) 

 اللَّهُ  اللَّهُ رَبِّي لَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئَاً 

Allahu Allahu Rabbi La ushrika behi shayaa 

(Allah , Allah is my Lord, I do not associate anything as partner with Him.)
