Recite Surah Ikhlas once and get the hasnah of reciting one third of the Quran because......

✦ Once Rasool-Allah  Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam came out to the sahaba and said: I am going to recite before you one-third of the Qur'an. and then he recited Qul Hu Wallahu Ahad, ALLAHus-Samad...." to the end of the Surah.(Surah Ikhlas)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ

لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

✦ Qul Hu Wallahu Ahad, ALLAHus-Samad, Lam Yalid walam Yulad, Walam Yakul-lahu Kufuwan Ahad

Translation: Say He is ALLAH , the One and Only 

ALLAH , the Eternal, He begets not, nor was He begotten.

And there is none like unto Him. 

AL Quran , Surah Al-ikhlas (112)

✦ Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam said Is any one of you incapable of reciting a one third of the Qur'an in a night?  Sahaba Radi allahu anhuma  asked: How could one recite a one third of the Qur'an (in a night)? Upon this Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam said "Qul Hu Wallahu Ahad" (means Surah Ikhlas) is equivalent to a one third of the Qur'an.
